The beginnings of Oak and Rose Bakery
Oak and Rose Bakery began as a personal dream whilst I work 12-hour shifts as a nurse. It's my stepping stone towards a small bakery in the countryside, a long-term goal that fuels everything I bake from my home kitchen in the North East of England.
My unique baking philosophy
What makes my bakes special are the recipes being developed through extensive practice and testing. I have perfected each flavour before opening for orders, all bakes are carefully decorate by hand.
Our dream for your experience
I want customers to experience the warmth that only a home baker can bring. My dream is to bake traditional treats for people to enjoy and share, bringing a sense of comfort and togetherness with every bite of an Oak and Rose Bake.
