The beginnings of Oak and Rose Bakery
Oak and Rose Bakery began as a personal dream while I was working 12-hour shifts as a nurse. It's my stepping stone towards a small bakery in the countryside, a long-term goal that fuels every cookie I bake from my home kitchen in the North East of England.
My unique baking philosophy
What makes my cookies special are the recipes developed through extensive practice and testing. I've perfected a unique base dough, and each flavour is then carefully created and decorated by hand. This dedication ensures every cookie stands out.
